ResortQuest Steamboat Vacation Rentals, located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, specializes in providing property management services (including check-in centers, concierge, housekeeping and maintenance) to select deluxe lodging properties around the Steamboat Ski Resort base.

Since 1984, our management company has received the top Service designation, and our resorts have been consistently awarded the highest rating of “Excellent” from the independent Condominium Rating Service. At Your ReQuest: "At Your ReQuest" is part of the commitment made by ResortQuest Steamboat's STAR employees to ensure that your accommodations meet your expectations. Our staff is delighted to assist with any housekeeping or maintenance requests you may have during your stay. We ask our in-house guests to contact us promptly to give us the opportunity to make it right!

Shuttle Service – FREE!

Throughout the ski season, from 7am-11pm, all of ResortQuest Steamboat’s guests can take advantage of our premier on-call shuttle service– it’s free! Our shuttle drivers chauffeur our guests to-and-from their lodging, any location around the Steamboat ski resort and to downtown Steamboat Springs, including restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We offer a superior door-to-door service and operate at our guests’ beck-and-call!

Skier Shuttles: We additionally provide skier shuttles, which loop to-and-from the Steamboat Ski Resort gondola during the peak ski area operating hours. (Available for guests at Trappeur’s Crossing Resort, Meadows at EagleRidge, Elk Run and Cascades).

Conference, wedding and reunion groups may pre-arrange our shuttle service for special events. (Fees and conditions apply).

(Please note: our shuttles do not travel to the Steamboat/Hayden Airport. Our reservationists can book transportation with Alpine Taxi when you reserve your lodging).

Bell Service
During the Steamboat ski season, our bell staff will greet you at check-in, deliver your luggage to your condo, and will surely pass on some insider Steamboat secrets on the way!

Housekeeping
Vacation rentals ensure more spaciousness, privacy and amenities than a hotel room. ResortQuest Steamboat couples these benefits with additional services – and a level of service – typically expected at a luxurious hotel. ResortQuest Steamboat provides daily housekeeping at all of our properties. (Daily maid services vary per property and seasons).

Internet Access – Free!
We provide guest computers with high-speed Internet access at both our Trappeur’s Crossing Resort and the Torian Plum reception centers. Trappeur’s Crossing Resort also has free wireless Internet available throughout the reception and conference center.

The majority of our condo and townhome complexes offer high-speed wired Internet in the individual properties. Simply bring your laptop and connect for free! Choose from Bronze Tree, Cascades, Ironwood, Meadows at EagleRidge, Torian Plum and Trappeur’s Crossing Resort. Select townhomes at Cascades, Ironwood and Evergreens provide a computer for guests (call for details).

Laundry Facilities
The majority of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit. Bronze Tree, Snow Flower, and Trappeur’s Lodge at Trappeur’s Crossing Resort alternatively have complimentary laundry facilities in the building. Laundry detergent is provided to all guests, free of charge.

Meeting and Conference Facilities
At ResortQuest’s Torian Plum and Trappeur’s Crossing Resort, you can ski, snowshoe, bike, hike, dine and shop just steps from the conference room door. Our lodging properties combine an unmatched location, flexible meeting spaces, exceptional amenities and dedicated event planners to ensure all gatherings of friends, family or colleagues are remarkable. Parking
Our condo properties (Bronze Tree, Meadows, Torian Plum, Trappeur’s Crossing Resort) provide secure, covered parking, free of charge to our guests. Our townhome properties have private one- or two-car garages.

Rollaway Beds and Pack-n-Play Cribs
Rollaway beds may be booked in select condos and townhomes for an additional fee of $25/night. Pack-n-Play Cribs may be booked for a one-time set-up fee of $25. Rollaway beds & Pack-n-Plays must be booked at least 24-hours prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
