28th Annual Steamboat Springs Hot Air Balloon Rodeo

A MASTERPIECE OF COLOR WITH AN AMAZING MOUNTAIN BACKDROP...

Awaken to a spectacular scene of color filling the Steamboat sky! Over 40 hot air balloons will soar high above the Yampa Valley for the 28th Annual Hot Air Balloon Rodeo, taking place in Steamboat Springs July 12-13th, 2008. Spectators are welcome to come to Bald Eagle Lake to experience the inflation/launching of the balloons firsthand. Don't forget your camera!

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS HOT AIR BALLOON RODEO SCHEDULE
All balloons will begin inflating at 7:00am on Saturday and Sunday, with the Hot Air Balloon Rodeo taking place both days from 7:00-9:30am at Bald Eagle Lake in Steamboat Springs. This event is free!

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS HOT AIR BALLOON RODEO PARKING
There is no public parking available at Bald Eagle Lake. Free parking is available at the Meadows Parking Lot on Pine Grove Road, where free shuttles will take you to the spectator area at Bald Eagle Lake. The event is conveniently located on the edge of town, and spectators are also encouraged to walk or ride their bikes. ResortQuest will be offering a complimentary shuttle service for our guests to/from this event!
