Disappointing
12/11/2009 -- Bathroom was so small-difficult to move; woodwork could use some varnish; Old Water leak on ceiling in bedroom apparently from unit above-plaster hanging down over bed; Main door was difficult to close when leaving-several strong slams to close, maintenance came but problem remained; advertsing claims- sleep 6 but I would have been very disappointed if we had had six adults instead of 4 as it was a stretch for 4. We have stayed with Resort Quest three prior times with very satisfactory results. -- Fuerste F.

I am sincerely sorry that you experienced some maintenance issues during your stay. Our management team and maintenance team are on-site and available, on-call, to attend to our guest's needs. I am sorry that this time they were unable to fix some of the issues you describe during your stay. Each of our guests has different needs and vacation styles and we are doing all we can to empower our guests to vacation the way they want to. This means that you can rest assured that you get exactly what you want - and know what you are getting before you arrive.

I would also like to mention that this guest is quite correct in the fact the condo can sleep up to 6 people - two in each bedroom and up to two people on the sleeper-sofa, if necessary. We do not highly recommend two adults use the sleeper-sofas. Small children, or one adult may sleep comfortably on a sleeper sofa. Thank you again for the comments and I do appreciate your honesty. Would Do It Again in a Heartbeat
12/09/2009 -- Was going to just stay at a local hotel/motel but decided to stay at a condo since we had several childrfen with us. The only way to go was renting this very nice condo, the decor was beautiful and we loved the fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer set up. Will do it again.
