12/11/2009 -- The room was excellent, lots of room and very comfortable. However when we checked in it was kind of confusing so that step might need a review. It was a little confusing. Our room was hot when we entered but with the fans and the window cooler on it cooled off ok but coming from an area with central air, we were surprised by that too. The outside of the building looks like office space. Our first reaction was "thats what you get for booking site unseen." we were very pleasantly surprised however. the personal pics of the "family" were ok but tons were taken at other skiing resorts... Over all it was an excellent townhome and we would love to stay again. many thanks!

12/10/2009 -- Rental unit was fine and took care of all our needs. There was a problem with our room keys which did not work on the second day of our stay. We called that in and had new keys within the hour. Overall we enjoyed our stay and probably will utilize your facility again.

12/10/2009 -- We love the Bronze Tree and have stayed there many times. There were a couple of issues with this room. When it rained, the sliding door in the bedroom leaked. This roon was not as nice as the gold units we try to get. I will request a gold unit next year. But overall it was very nice
