Clean easy to get to slopes quiet
12/11/2009 -- We have stayed here many times and highly recommend this property. this year we had medical issues and had to cancel travel guard was easy and wonderful to work with. i highly recommend travel insurance

Very Roomy
12/10/2009 -- Nice size condo for a family of 5. However, we were not prepared for the heat and there is no air conditioner. After several calls they provided us with a fan for each room. Unfortunately, it did not help - we were hot all night. We had problems with our refrigerater working. Therefore, we ate out more than we would. Overall, the location was good and we felt safe.

Air conditioning is an increasingly popular amenity requested by our vacation rental guests. In year's past it was not deemed a necessity. Today, more and more of our homeowners are installing air conditioning.
ResortQuest is continually endeavoring to ensure our guests know what to expect when they arrive in Steamboat for their vacation. Our website now represents every vacation rental individually, including detailed descriptions, photos and mapping tools.
Guests can even run an advanced search for air conditioned vacation rentals. We want to take the guessing game out of vacation planning and make it as simple as possible for our customers.
Steamboat is still renowned for idyllic summer temperatures, with especially cool nights. Average Steamboat Temperatures: June 36-75 F; July 42-82 F; August 41-81 F; September 33-72 F. On average, the warmest month is July. The highest recorded temperature was 98?F in 2001. (Weather.com).
