Great Location, Great Condo
12/11/2009 -- Great Location and Great Condo! We were here for our spring break and had a wonderful time. The condo was well equipped and very spacious. The complimentary shuttle makes the location great for the mountain, town, and anything you might need. We would stay here again!

Had to cancel month lease for 2008
12/11/2009 -- I did not stay there this year although I did lease it for a month in July/August again this year. I had to cancel due to colon cancer surgery in May followed by six months of biweekly chemo therapy treatments. I was disappointed that there was no sympathy from ResortQuest who kept my $500 deposit even though I had been renting for a month every summer for about 10 years. Not very appreciative. A similar rental for a corporate appartment in Wisconsin which I had to cancel returned my entire deposit. I'll do the Wisconsin rental again in 2009 but not Resortquest in Steamboat. By the way, Sheffield IV is an excellent property, better furnished and maintained by the owners than similar properties. 2008 would have been our 7th rental of the unit. We'll miss it.
