Nice, homey place in Steamboat.
12/11/2009 -- This condo was nicely kept, had the feeling of "home." On the small side for the money compared to what we have previously rented in Breckenridge and Vail at the same time of year. We had requested a condo with either 2 kings or 1 king and 2 queen beds. This condo had 1 king and 2 twin size beds, which we didn't discover until we got there. The view overlooked the street and there was some night noise, but we live in the country so are bad judges of this. If it were ski-season we would have had to drive to the ski hill. Nice underground parking area. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Nice indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. Free computer and printer.

We love Timberline and Resortquest!
12/11/2009 -- The Timberline units are the most spacious around. Resortquest does a fabulous job of servicing the guests and maintaining the property. The private property shuttle is the best ammenity, besides the pool, hottubs and sauna. You do not need a rental car!! The shuttle runs frequently and everywhere. We never waited more than 15 minutes as promised.
