Great Resort!
12/10/2009 -- Overall, I would highly recommend this resort. The condo we stayed in was very nice and had all the amenities. We loved that we had access to swimming pools and tennis courts. The only downside to our particular condo was that it backed to a very busy road. When we booked it, we were told that the traffic wouldn't be too bad because it was only local traffic. But it was much louder (and more frequent) than I expected. The unit does not have air conditioning and it would have been lovely to sleep with the windows open. Unfortunately, the traffic was so loud, even at night, that we couldn't open the windows. We had to use fans instead. -- Arvada C.
Nice Property
12/10/2009 -- We have stayed in this property for the past three winters, and in this particular condo for the past two. It comfortably sleeps 4, and has a pullout sofa in the livingroom. This year, there were some issues with the condo, which did not get addressed until the day we departed, but in general we really enjoy this location. The only issue that was truly negative regarding the condo itself was that master bedroom shade was broken in the down position, so we had no natural light in that room for the length of our stay. The private shuttle service, while in the past had been stellar, was substandard this past season, with too few drivers and wait times in the freezing cold being too long. Hopefully this will improve for next year. Resortquest has been a reliable management company and is very focused on customer service. Their front dest personnel are excellent, especially Armando. The property is conveniently located. -- tvxrays T.
