Champaign Lodge
12/11/2009 -- We enjoyed our stay at the Champaign Lodge. The people at the front desk were very friendly and the transportation provided was top notch. The unit itself was nice, accomodated our family of 4 nicely, and was sufficiently appointed. More lighting would be nice, however and a few more larger bowls for the kitchen. Our children had a wonderful time. The only complaint they had was the lack of granola bars in the morning before they headed out for their day of skiing, but there was plenty of cookies to greet them when they returned.

Great Condo & Complex - Wonderful Location
12/10/2009 -- Trappeurs Crossing is a terrific place to stay. Not only are the units outstanding but the service from the front desk, to housekeeping to the shuttle service is top notch. \
This is our 4th year staying at Trappeurs and we intend to continue coming back for years to come. \

Great Wedding!
12/10/2009 -- This was the preferred lodging for a wedding in which my son was the best man. The units are very nice. We did not get the 'wedding discount' because we were only able to stay one night. Our room was on the third floor and having recently had ankle surgery it was very difficult to for me to manage the stairs. The elevator was broken and was not scheduled to be fixed until well after the wedding events. There were several other guests with health issues who also had trouble with this. We asked to change rooms, but were not accommodated. The hotel staff were nice, but for being the hotel for the wedding party and guests, they could not answer our questions about transportation, etc.\
Just a series of unfortunate incidents that should have been handled. \
