12/11/2009 -- This condo was great! It had everything we needed or wanted. It was comfortable just like home. Everybody at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. We liked that the tennis courts and pool were close by. It was very convenient to unload and load the car - the condo door was right next to the parking spot. The condo walls and floors were fairly thick - we could only hear other people if they were loud or stomping their feet. We enjoyed the private courtyard as well. We would recommend this condo and would stay there again.

12/10/2009 -- This was our 4th vist at a Resort Quest property. We have enjoyed every visit. We have stayed in Breckenridge the other 3 times. We would highly recommend staying with Resort Quest.

A good room for a family vacation. The price is steep but a better value off peak season. Given the price, you'd think they would supply hand/bath soap in quantities larger than a Motel 6. The firepit was unusable since the lid was frozen to the top and there was no wood. The hot tub needed cleaning/maintenance. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer were a great convenience. Shuttle service was very convenient as well.
