Reservations and Travel Agent Services
We offer a one-stop vacation booking service! Book your Steamboat lodging online or call and talk directly with our reservation specialists. We also offer you the convenience of Push2Talk and Push2Chat, 24-hours a day! Our team has an intimate knowledge of our lodging properties, and can also book your flights, taxi/shuttle transfers, lift tickets (skip ticket lines!), ski/snowboard rentals, travel insurance and all of your activities.

Private Shuttle Service
Throughout the ski season, our private guest shuttle is on-call and delivers you door-to-door anywhere in the city of Steamboat Springs 7am-11pm.

Concierge Service
We have a team of experienced concierge at both our Torian Plum and Trappeur’s Crossing Resort reception centers. From coordinating pre-arrival grocery delivery, to arranging premium holiday decorating services, to booking extraordinary activities, distinctive restaurants or securing preferred tee times - we take pride in sending you on your Steamboat adventures armed with expert, insider tips.

Guest Reception - 24 Hours!
We are here to help 24-hours a day during the peak summer and winter seasons. During your stay, our on-site maintenance, housekeeping and management staff are delighted to assist with any requests you may have during your stay.

During the Steamboat ski season, our bell staff will greet you at check-in, deliver your luggage to your condo, and will surely pass on some insider Steamboat secrets on the way!

Housekeeping
Vacation rentals ensure more spaciousness, privacy and amenities than a hotel room. ResortQuest couples these benefits with additional services – and a level of service – typically expected at a luxurious hotel. ResortQuest provides daily housekeeping in the winter at all of our properties. In the summer, we clean and replenish supplies in your lodging every second day. (Daily maid services vary per property).

Internet Access – Free!
We provide guest computers with high-speed Internet access at both our Trappeur’s Crossing Resort and the Torian Plum reception centers. Trappeur’s Crossing Resort also has free wireless Internet available throughout the reception and conference center. The majority of our condo and townhome complexes offer high-speed wired Internet in the individual properties. Simply bring your laptop and connect for free!

- Laundry Facilities
The majority of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit. Bronze Tree and Trappeur’s Lodge at Trappeur’s Crossing Resort alternatively have complimentary laundry facilities in the building, with coin-operated laundry facilities at Snow Flower. Laundry detergent is provided to all guests, free of charge.
- Parking
Our condo properties (Bronze Tree, Meadows, Torian Plum, Trappeur’s Crossing Resort) provide secure, covered parking, free of charge to our guests. Our townhome properties have private one- or two-car garages.
- Rollaway Beds and Pack-n-Play Cribs
Rollaway beds may be booked in select condos and townhomes for an additional fee of $25/night. Pack-n-Play Cribs may be booked for a one-time set-up fee of $25. Rollaway beds & Pack-n-Plays must be booked at least 24-hours prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
