Steamboat Wine Festival Schedule of Events and Tickets
Some of the Wine Festival’s Signature Events include an Opening Reception, Grand Tasting, and the Stroll Downtown Steamboat. Plus, with a comprehensive seminar program featuring some of the world’s greatest wine experts, an all-star chef line-up, vintner dinners and much more, the 2008 Steamboat Wine Festival is a can’t miss weekend!

Signature Event for Thursday, July 31:
Wine on the Mountain Kickoff Celebration - 5:00-7:30pm
Located at the top of the Gondola at Thunderhead, this opening event features savory appetizers, panoramic views, live music & entertainment, and of course, fabulous wines! The event also includes an auction, benefitting the Steamboat Stars, a local non-profit organization.
Signature Event for Friday, August 1:
Stroll of Steamboat - 3:00-6:00pm
Downtown Steamboat Springs becomes a wine-tasting, food-sampling paradise during the Steamboat Wine Festival! The Stroll features over 250 wines
and an array of local culinary delights. Check-in for this event is located at the Old Courthouse Building at 5th & Lincoln.
Signature Event for Saturday, August 2:
Grand Tasting/Toast of Steamboat - 3:00-6:00pm
This is the event you don't want to miss! The Grand Tasting, held on the Torian Plum Plaza lawn, showcases over 800 wines, food from Steamboat's finest chefs, cooking demos in the Viking Outdoor Kitchen, entertainment & live music from Missed the Boat Band.
WINE FESTIVAL TICKETS
Tickets are available for advance purchase through the concierge at Torian Plum and Trappeur's Crossing Resort. Tickets for Friday night's Stroll of Steamboat are $55 each, and $65 each for Saturday afternoon's Grand Tasting. Events are selling out quickly, and guests are encouraged to purchase their tickets online in advance!
