Storm Mountain Express - Steamboat Springs Airport Shuttle Transfers
Storm Mountain Express provides guests with a premier shared ride service to/from the Steamboat/Hayden Airport. Another shuttle service Storm Mountain offers is the private executive van service (which includes amenities like TV, DVD and complimentary water) to/from the Steamboat/Hayden Airport, Denver International Airport, Eagle/Vail Airport or Copper Mountain/Winter Park.

Please note: ResortQuest Steamboat’s private shuttles chauffeur guests around the city of Steamboat Springs in the winter. We do not provide shuttle service to the Steamboat/Hayden Airport or Denver International Airport.

Look for the Storm Mountain Express Sign Kiosk inside the Airport Terminal in the baggage claim area, and check in with a Storm Mountain Express representative.
Exit the doors near the baggage claim area on either the East or West side of the airport. Walk to Island #1 and check in with a Limo Starter who will call your Storm Mountain Express driver to your location.
At least 48 hours prior to departure, please call Storm Mountain Express at 879-1963 to confirm your unit location and your pick-up time. If you are booked on a shared ride, you will be picked up as early as 3 hours prior to your outbound flight, due to a mandate by the Steamboat/Hayden Airport Manager, which requires all shared taxis to be at the airport 2 hours prior to flights. This is due in part to increased security measures, as well as limited facilities at the Steamboat/Hayden Airport.
Your shuttle reservation is non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your reservation. If it is cancelled more than 24 hours prior, you will be refunded at your request. No refunds will be issued for travel plan changes due to weather, road or traffic conditions, airline scheduling, etc. Nothing in the sale of this ticket guarantees connections with other travel arrangements (i.e. air, bus or train). ResortQuest encourages guests to book travel insurance.
