Rehearsal Dinner: Ore House
Ceremony & Reception: Catamount Golf Club House
"I was married in the midst of one of the biggest dumps of champagne powder snow I have ever witnessed. Steamboat’s epic 2007/2008 winter was in full effect during the week of our wedding festivities!
I had about 50 people stay with ResortQuest at Trappeur’s Crossing Resort. I chose Trappeur’s because of the array of pricing categories and condo sizes; I had a variety of guests looking for very different accommodations with different budgets and Trappeur’s Crossing Resort was able to meet all of their needs. Everyone was thrilled with their accommodation.
I had a number of Aussie’s attending and it was wonderful to spend the week prior to the wedding hanging out together in my parent’s condo where my mum cooked up a storm every night; and my dad made sure the wine for flowing freely! Our Timberline Lodge 2 Bedroom/Den had absolutely everything we needed to entertain as many as 20 people.
I am especially grateful to all of the reservationists at ResortQuest who spent hours on the phone with Chris’s family and friends who got caught in a storm in Chicago. The agents helped with re-routing the flights and re-arranging the shuttles – over and over again as the storm crossed the country and inhibited travel. Thanks to them, everyone made it to Steamboat just in time for the ceremony.
Lastly, I chose Trappeur’s Crossing Resort also because of the on-demand shuttle. I also chose Catamount partly because they have a paved, ploughed road that in the case of a snow storm, the shuttles could still make it to the club house. ResortQuest’s shuttle service was phenomenal. They were available to shuttle my friends and family to-and-from Catamount. It was so easy and carefree – which I needed during an epic snow storm!"

Rehearsal Dinner: Cascades at Eagleridge
Ceremony: Top of Mount Warner
Reception: Steamboat Community Center
"I had my wedding on August 2, 2008. Many of my guests booked condos through Kiki Soule, Group Sales Manager at ResortQuest Steamboat, who was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating of all of their needs. My mother uses a wheelchair and she had one waiting at their condo for her. We held our rehearsal dinner at one of the Cascades at Eagleridge Townhomes, which was very comfortable and easy for everyone to find. Our ceremony was held at the top of Mount Werner, which all of our guests accessed via the gondola."
